Shipping Policy

  • Do You Deliver Products Internationally?

Yes, we ship products to Europe, UK, Australia and Canada regularly. We can also ship to most other countries. Please note additional customs fees may apply in Europe/UK with every order value of $25.

  • When Will I Recieve My Order?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our Production Team where we will ship your item(s) within 2-10 business days to your corresponding email.

  • I've placed an order with multiple times. Will they all arrive at the same time ?

Some of our products actually ship from different warehouses so when you order multiple items at a time some of our items are shipped separately.

We try our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items. If you get one item before the others, RELAX and DON'T WORRY! We will keep you posted and be sending the others to you the soonest possible.

If your order is still undelivered, please rest assured as we have fully insured your packages. Any missing items will be reshipped free of charge to you. 

  • What if I haven't received my order?
If your item has not arrived within 45 days after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.
